TRAINING DIVISION

The Training Division offers both short course intensive training and coaching in Contact Centre advisor techniques and English language to conversational level,      together with continuous English language coaching to ensure that linguistics and grammar do not deteriorate over both short and long term usage.

Training courses are also delivered in Sales Techniques, Engineering Management, Change Management, Business Development Management,  Customer Service and escalation call handling.
